The draw for the first qualification round of the men’s Euro Cup was also conducted in Split, site  of the European Water Polo Championships.  

The playing dates are 13-16 October, the first four ranked sides from each group shall advance to the  next round, teams ranked 5-6th shall continue in the newly launched Challenger Cup. (Note: the draw for the women’s Champions League qualifications will be held on 19 September in  Podgorica, during the men’s U19 Europeans.)
