Coaching & Education Commission

European Aquatics Coaching & Education Commission is a cornerstone of Pillar 2 of the Strategic Plan. The Commission is entrusted with the mission to foster the education, skill enhancement, and holistic development of swimming coaches throughout Europe. Moreover, provide evidence-based recommendations through the coaches´ lenses to Technical Committees and leadership.

The Commission is a catalyst for knowledge dissemination and professional growth amidst the coaching community. Our comprehensive series of Clinics is catering to coaches of different tiers, including Top-Elite Coaches, Elite Coaches, and Age-Group Coaches. The clinics serve as venue for sharing expertise, upskilling coaching techniques, and staying updated to the latest sport´s innovations.

The Commission actively supports development programmes, twinning initiatives between more and less developed countries, contributing to the equitable spread of coaching proficiency.
